We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return if the products are damaged or not as mentioned on our site.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Empress jewelry offers all customers three months warranty for all faulty jewelry from date of purchase. 

Faulty jewelry includes; Broken Chains/Clasp/Stones, manufacturer error that inhibits the proper use of the jewelry and discoloring - does not include fading from use in water.

All transactions outside the three month warranty period can not be returned or exchanged due to faults. We can not accept returns/exchanges for lost items.
